Why am I asked to connect my customer’s bank or payroll account?

We use a secure third-party verification platform that connects your customer’s payroll provider and/or bank account to our system. This allows us to quickly and safely confirm account and income details, which helps speed up the funding process. It also eliminates the need for manual bank statement and paystub uploads and reduces processing delays.

Where do I find the income verification link?

Check your approval email from Amplifi Lending. If your customer has a stipulation requiring Proof of Income, you will see buttons at the bottom of that email. Copy the button and paste it directly in an email to your customer.

Where do I generate a contract?

Contracts are generated through AppOne. Print your contract as a PDF directly from AppOne, then drag and upload that PDF and any backend pages into your DocuSign portal to complete the signing process.

How do I get updates on my applications?

Reach out directly to our team at underwriting@amplifilending.com.

Please include the applicant name and application number in your message so we can locate your file quickly.

What is the chargeback period?

The chargeback period is one year from the date of funding.
